HOW project underway

The Heart of Woman, a project aimed at women in distress which encourages their strength launched its first induction course in Port Moresby on Monday.
At the Institute of Business Studies 30 women gathered to learn a training program that would make them realise their dreams. They came from different backgrounds, from housewives to the least educated to grasp a development program that empowers with knowledge and confidence to pursue and achieve their ambitions to an ever changing environment.

A heart of a woman is a development project initiated and managed by Blue Haven Limited. Launched in August this year, it specializes in hospitality, management, training and development; Blue Haven Limited is based at Vision City.

The training and development program empowers with knowledge and confidence to pursue and achieve their ambitions to an ever changing environment. The induction will run for two weeks starting next Monday at the institute.
The programs running are Personnel Development, IT, Business Administration, Management and Marketing, HR trainers, Business, Tourists and Hospitality course. Thirty trainers are on call to conduct the programs. A participant and one time teacher Mirizia B. Mabi said she attended the induction out of curiosity.
She wanted to know what Heart of a Woman offers and she seems satisfied about the offer. “I am satisfied that attending the course will give me something to take back home.”
